    Hi @arun3. Poor audio can often be related to the RSSI of the device. In the Ring app, under the Device Health menu, what is the RSSI reading? This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) also has some helpful information on fixing Audio issues.
