Noise cutting in and out on playback and live

Hi,

Whenever I go into the live view or to watch a video in the event history the audio constantly cuts in and out and I can’t hear anything properly

Hi @arun3. Poor audio can often be related to the RSSI of the device. In the Ring app, under the Device Health menu, what is the RSSI reading? This Help Center article here also has some helpful information on fixing Audio issues.
