Hi again, update on no Wi-Fi on wireless doorbell 2. Created mobile hotspot and bell still will not connect. Have reset it charged it , done everything possible. Could it be a case of Wi-Fi card inside bell is faulty. Had bell for 9 months so if it’s how do I go about exchanging it etc. any help please as driving me mad… thanks so much
