Please add volume control for notifications. I have silenced mine because it is so loud. I don’t know how anyone can get through the day or night with that going on. I don’t see why someone should pay every month for this service. What is the service we’re paying for exactly? This is free with other cameras isn’t it? Also, there is no real support which is provided by other camera companies for free and videos go to email for free.

In the meantime, we’ve seen neighbors utilize settings like motion schedule or motion snooze to fine tune when notifications are received, or even choosing a less abrupt chime alert tone.
