Hi, I’m new to the Ring doorbell and community, first post.
Bought the doorbell and chime recently. For a few weeks we could see who was or had been to our door. Now, we get the ring but when I check the app, there’s no one present. There’s also no video to show what set the ring off. Without that, it’s just an expensive doorbell.
Also, when I’m away from home, I don’t need my phone to ring every time my wife enters and leaves the house.
How can I set this correctly?
