My video door bell not recording when people are here? No notifications either, just says “no video found” on the history! How can I fix this? Thank you!
Hi @Georgieess94. Do you have an active Ring Protect Plan subscription? What model doorbell do you have? Are you viewing this on Ring.com or on your phone? If so, what type of phone and what version of the Ring app is installed? Are you able to use the Live View feature? This information will help us determine what troubleshooting steps we need to preform.
