No video found

When i get a notification that movement has been detected, when i go to view the notification i sometimes get a message that the video does not exist. Yet other times it is fine. Why is this happening please?

Hi @Morphious. Does this only happen when you tap on a notification when motion has been detected, or do you also get this message when you try to view a video from the Event History? Which model of Ring Doorbell or Camera do you have, and what is the RSSI for it on the Device Health screen? You can find more information on RSSI and what that tells us in this Community post.
