No Video found intermittently

I have a Ring 2nd Video Door bell. Intermittently I’m getting a message of a notification ‘Motion detected ’ but then ‘No Video Found.’ The VPN is not enabled. The Wi-Fi is strong. I’ve checked Ring.com and it’s not there. My plan is still on trial as it’s new but I have put in place to join the plan when the trial is over. I’ve checked the history and event history and it’s not there. I can see a lot of people have had this problem. Did it ever get resolved? Thank you.

Hi @user18141. What is the RSSI for your Doorbell? You can find the RSSI on the Device Health page in the Ring app, and it will indicate the strength of the wifi connection that your Doorbell is receiving. If possible, try checking the RSSI after receiving this particular error message.
