No video, also not live after internet disruption

After a internet disruption of a week (broken cable), it has finally been restored. However, the doorbell no longer shows video. I cannot view the live feed nor answer the door. I have tested this both in the app and on the site. I have restarted the router multiple times and even reset/register the doorbell. All to no avail. It seems it cannot connect to the doorbell.

If I look at the health status of the doorbell, It all green. The power is good, signalstrength is RSSI-57 (green) and status is online.

Hi @Toxaris. Which model of Ring Doorbell are we working with? You can find the model name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, is there a specific error message you see when trying to activate the Live View? Feel free to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your end.
