No sound when I speak to someone
hardwired-battery-video-doorbell
I have had the ring 2 door bell I have no mic sound I have taken of the app and restored the door bell buy it refuses to work still but I am not sure if it's hard ware or software issue... hopefully someone on here or ring support we have only had it last then 2 months

Audio issues can often be attributed to network conditions such as a poor [RSSI](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), [interference with your wifi](https://community.ring.com/t/device-tips-wifi-interference/221) or settings on your router that need to be adjusted. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360023556192-Fixing-Poor-Audio-Video-Quality-by-Adjusting-Your-Router) has the necessary information to be able to adjust the settings on your router.
