I have had the ring 2 door bell I have no mic sound I have taken of the app and restored the door bell buy it refuses to work still but I am not sure if it’s hard ware or software issue… hopefully someone on here or ring support we have only had it last then 2 months
Hi @Turbo1. Audio issues can often be attributed to network conditions such as a poor RSSI, interference with your wifi or settings on your router that need to be adjusted. This Help Center article here has the necessary information to be able to adjust the settings on your router. If after you’ve made these changes, you don’t hear an improvement in the audio quality, it would be best to reach out to our support team for the next best steps.
