We installed a Ring Video Doorbell at my office. Video works fine & notifications as well. However, when my boss or I try to answer a ring from either of our phones (he has iphone, I have android), we are not able to communicate. No sound to doorbell. We have both given Ring all permissions required. Still not working.
Hey @ReeRee ! Just to confirm the behavior; you are connecting to a live video and tapping the green answer button, only to hear no sound when speaking through the mobile device?
If you can also please confirm with us the specific model of your phone, and your boss’s phone, as well as the Video Doorbell model. Feel free to include a video example as well
