Our keypad/system is just a year old (maybe less.) Months back the “voice” started sounding very garbled on the keypad. Now there is no sound at all. I am seeing other posts about the same problem. Seems to be a manufacturing problem. My biggest concern is does this somehow compromise the integrity of the system in other ways. We are putting a lot of faith in this system to keep us informed and safe. Having some doubts here. We still have sound from the base station.
