My floodlight cam has stopped sending any sound notifications! It notifies me but with just a vibration on my iPhone. Can anyone suggest what to do ? Thanks
Hi @Minnie1. Have you tried deleting your app and reinstalling it onto your phone? Make sure that your notification preferences in your phone settings have sound on as well. If this does not fix your issue, please reach out to support at 1-800-656-1918!
it seems, that I have (almost) the same issue.
I have set up my new spotlight cam two days ago and I only receive a single vibration on my mobile device (iphone) in case of a motion alert. And not the tone I have selected in the ring app.
I am pretty sure, that my iphone settings are set properly. At least I followed the videos and documentation to check it.
Reinstalling the app did not help.
How do I get a fix or help?

I just have discovered this “hardware silent switch” on (my) iphone. Maybe I had used it once years ago and meanwhile forgot, that it exists.
So… switching it on has fixed my problem.
