I can’t hear any sound from anybody calling at my door they can hear me but I can’t hear them
And on live cam as well no sound
We’re having the exact same problem today. Wondering if Ring hav3 done a recent app update which has affected iOS users.
I’m currently charging the battery to see if that makes any differences. Have you tried to reinstall app?
Experiencing the same issues with my Ring Video 3 Doorbell. Visual but no audio today. However, yesterday it worked fine.
Re connected mine to router and reset the app on phone and it works ok now
