No smoke detector for EU?
I notice that there's no smoke detector for us in the EU, not for v1 or v2 of the alarm system. Any plans to add these as they are available in the US? Best regards Erik

Due to regional requirements, smoke detectors are currently not available for the Ring Alarm system in the UK or EU. Different regions utilize different Z-Wave frequencies and have different requirements that need to be met for those Z-Wave devices.

It's been over 3 years and still no smoke detectors for the EU market. Please make this available over here. Almost all competing alarm systems have this feature.

Hi @Mr_Arrow. At this time, there are no smoke detectors compatible with the Ring Alarm in your region. Different regions have different requirements that must be met in order to use a Z-Wave device. You're welcome to add your suggestion to the Feature Request board, which we use to gather and share new ideas with our teams here.
