It sounds like you have siren capable Camera models. If you are seeing the siren icon in your live view and it is not toggling on, please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. Try also wifi only connection or cellular data only connection on your mobile device, to see if one operates better.
Another great step is to check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure your request for the siren to turn on is being communicated properly. I hope this helps!
