No Power to my Ring Bell Pro

I have been using Ring Pro past 6months or so and never gave me any trouble. Since past 2 days there is no power
I did check all cables and everything still no power. What shall I do??

Hi @tirfk! The best first step here is to remove the wires from the terminals on the Doorbell Pro. If there is a chime kit being used here, feel free to test ring it to see if it sounds. This will be a good indicator that there is power being supplied by the transformer. Next, place the wires back on the Pro and allow some time for the power to build. After some time there should be lights visible on the Doorbell Pro and it should enter setup mode. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
