Ring camera will no longer play video (iOS) even though it shows in history or on snapshot. This is the second time this has happened since previous ring updates. It magically fixed itself previously, after customer service was unable to fix. Leading me to believe its a known software issue on behalf of amazon /ring
Hi @Thegman! Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device? This will ensure it is up to date and optimally integrated with your mobile device. If video is recorded, this is a great sign that your device is online. If possible, try playing video on another mobile device, or even log in at Ring.com to see if recordings will play for you there. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
