Hi @Tay33170. For Live View concerns, you can check out our Community Post on the topic here, which will have some basic information and troubleshooting tips for you. You’ll also want to make sure that the Doorbell’s RSSI indicates a good connection to you home wifi network, as a poor connection could cause the Live View to not activate and for motion events to not be properly recorded.
