No phone notifications daily for 3rd gen video doorbell

Hi, every morning I have to view past events b4 my devices receive alerts for motion or bell press. The chime/WiFi extender works continuously so I don’t think it’s an connectivity issue?

Any recommendations to resolve this, it’s been happening daily now for over a month at least.


Hi @user32850. The Ring app doesn’t have any limits on notifications, nor would it prevent you from receiving alerts if you haven’t reviewed previous alerts, so it’s likely a setting on your phone. Are you on an iOS or Android device? It sounds like you may need to clear previous notifications from your phone in order to receive new notifications.
