Hi @Kaw. Are you the Owner or a Shared User on the account? If you are a Shared User, you may need to get your permissions adjusted by the Owner of the Ring account. This can be done in the Ring app under Settings > Users. Additionally, you can try to uninstall the Ring app, reboot your phone, then reinstall the Ring app. This will ensure that your app is fully integrated with your phone. I hope this information helps!
