No option to change wifi

I have followed instructions and there is no option to change network to update my WiFi.
I also can not reinstall as it says the doorbell is already registered. Yes to me! This should be an easy thing to do, please advise.

Hi @user64584. Are you a Shared User on this Doorbell? If you did not originally set up the Doorbell under your account, you wouldn’t be able to change the wifi network or perform a new setup.
