I have 2 3 Plus doorbells. 1 battery only and 1 hardwired (with battery in place).
When its time for a battery replacement on the 1st device I get an email telling me its battery charge time. This is great. But, when device 2 goes offline (dropped network connection) I DONT get anything to tell me its off. Why not?

Hi @Hotkey. Unfortunately, there is not a feature that tells you when a device is offline. When you open the Ring app, you can see the status of your devices. I would suggest adding this to our Feature Request board. Feel free to add this and any future feature requests there. This will help us to organize and share your requests with our teams here, as well as allow other neighbors to comment and add interest, all in one place. Feel free to link that post you make in the Feature Request board here so other neighbors that come to this thread can easily find your feature!
