No notifications!

Since I took my doorbell off the front door to charge it, I’m no longer getting motion detected notifications. Any ideas to why ? I’ve checked all my notification settings and reset my app and doorbell but still no look.

Hi there, @JakeJones! After charging your Video Doorbell for several hours, please ensure it is online by attempting a live view from the Ring app. If live view does not connect, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this help center article.

If you are receiving or seeing events show up on your timeline or event history in the Ring app, this is a great sign that your device is online. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on the mobile device. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
