I’ve stopped getting any notifications via my doorbell or chime Pro and im missing people/delivery at the door…ive uninstalled/reinstalled/updated my phone/checked the network but nothing works…i used to be able to have a live chat with support to allow them to look at the doorbell but can’t find it anymore…also when my camera does kick in the picture is very distorted…help needed quickly pls
Hi @magsw257. I would try to reboot your internet router, reset your Ring Doorbell, then reconnect to wifi. To reboot your internet router, unplug it for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Once your wifi is restored, press and hold the Setup Button on your Ring Doorbell for 20 seconds and then release. Next, follow the steps in this Help Center article here to reconnect your Doorbell. This should clear up any issues you were having.
