  Hi @Nog1403! Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app to see if this helps. I recommend also checking on your mobile device's notifications preferences, sound options, and to ensure bluetooth and VPN are disabled. I hope this helps! :)

  Yes tried uninstalling the app, I've always had Bluetooth on before but I try that today, it like it doesn't work in background

  Hey @Nog1403. What kind of phone do you have and what version of operating software it is running? When you removed the app, did you ensure you cleared the cache and data as well? This can be done easily by rebooting your phone after removing the app.
