I’m not getting any notifications when my new phone is on its cell network (3) but when it’s on WiFi then it’s fine. This is the only app that does this, all others are fine on the mobile network. I have logged out and back in and also deleted and reinstalled the app. Galaxy s21 plus, android 11.
Hi there, @Pb3! There may be a vpn enabled on the mobile device. Please ensure to disable it, if so, and also check for any android apps that conflict with the Ring app. I hope this helps!
