No notifications on Motorola e13

I cannot get any notifications on my mobile. Not when there is a ring or motion detected. Door bell rings, chime works and can hold a convo from mobile app to ring door bell. Checked all app notifications and phone notifications. Been on to help desk and they drew a blank. Help please!!!!!
