Hello we have two new Alexa show 5s plus various dots. Normal Amazon notifications come through. But none get door bell press notifications . On both shows we can view the door bells. The ring notifications come to our watches and phone fine.

We have tried loads of things disabled the ring skills both email addresses are the same. Made sure dnd is not on. Reset devices. It’s now getting to the point of requesting to send devices back as they’re not doing what we would like.
