We have a doorbell with a chime extender. The doorbell went offline and won’t reconnect (router has been restarted). It’s not a new router and nothing has changed on the network. Pressed orange button on the back of the doorbell and white light keeps spinning, bit there are no further instructions on what to. The doorbell is still offline. We have a chime extender which I can still see in the app. Have tried to add it again via the app on my husband’s phone (as for some reason weeks ago his app stopped working). It won’t add via that either. Now have no idea what to do.
The best next step is to follow the steps in this Help Center article, as they should result in successful reconnection. Please ensure there is not a VPN on either mobile device, and that the battery is fully charged.
To perform a reset on the Video Doorbell, please hold the setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, attempt reconnection again. I hope this helps!
