My doorbell is fully charged but receiving no notifications

Hi there, @Ace1997! Are there any events being recorded in your event history? For events being captured but not notified, the best next step will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app. Please also check alert settings in the Ring app and on your mobile device. If the Doorbell is not capturing any motion, or allowing a live view, try performing a setup to see if this resolves the concern. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
