For the last 3 days my ring doorbell 2 has failed to give any motion notifications. I have played with every settings to do with notifications in the app as well as push notifications on my phone. I have paid for the subscription and when I look at the history there is no motion listed since 13th February. Any suggestions?
Hi @Knight2122. Have you verified that the Device is online by activating Live View in the Ring app? Also, what is the RSSI in the Device Health section of the Ring app? If you have a low RSSI, it is possible that you are having an intermittent connection causing this problem. If this persists, try resetting your Doorbell by pressing and holding the reset button for 20 seconds, then releasing. After that, you can reconnect it to WiFi. Let me know if this is helpful.
