My I phone doesn’t get notifications anymore, the pictures are there but it doesn’t notify me by sound when someone is in the zone
Check your mobile device notification area to confirm that banner notifications are at least being received. If so, this may have to do with your mobile device’s sound settings or try choosing an App Alert Tone in the Ring app. Here is our Help Center article for some tips on changing App Alert Tones. Disabling options on your phone such as bluetooth, Do Not Disturb, and VPN can also help!
