Had this video doorbell 3 think it is a few months and the battery had died twice. No notification to say was ever low on the app or email which is ridiculous for such a simple thing. No ‘chat’ help anymore and when you press to call someone (how much will this call cost me when this is not my fault on a new product?!) the links just redirect and you never even get a phone number! Little help please?
