No longer receiving ring and motion notification in Ring app and Alexa

I'm having issues with my Ring doorbell (first gen). No rings and motions are detected. There are no entries in the app history list and I'm no longer reveicing notifications on my phone and Alexa devices. I've already tried to reset the device but still the same issue. I can get a live view so there is a stable wifi connection. Any help is welcome!

Attempting a live view was a great step to take. Successfully connecting to live video is a sign that your Ring device is online, and these live view events should also record to your event history as long as you are subscribed to a Protect Plan. Check out your [RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229), to ensure for optimal wifi signal. While in the Ring app review your motion settings, motion schedules, and any [modes](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes) options you might have setup.
