No longer receiving ring and motion notification in Ring app and Alexa

Attempting a live view was a great step to take. Successfully connecting to live video is a sign that your Ring device is online, and these live view events should also record to your event history as long as you are subscribed to a Protect Plan. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.

While in the Ring app review your motion settings, motion schedules, and any modes options you might have setup. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
