Within the past few days, my Ring pro doorbell has stopped all notifications. I’m no longer getting any motion notifications or doorbell rings on my phone. My settings for notifications are all on. Is anyone else experiencing this? I have rebooted my phone as well with no luck. My motions are being recorded just fine, I am just not receiving anything to my phone via the app to notify me like it always has.
Hi @CBfitnessmom. Could you try removing the Ring app from your phone, restarting your phone by turning it off and then on, and then reinstalling the app? After that, ensure you log in and allow notifications after checking to make sure they are on under the Main Menu > Devices > Device in question > Motion and/or Ring alerts. Let me know if this works!
