I’m No longer receiving motional alerts for people walking up to my flood light camera… I have not changed any settings and it used to work perfectly and now I’ve had 3 people walk up to my porch for deliveries today and not once have I been notified and this has been going on for weeks now. I’ve not changed any settings so I’m not sure what to do?
Hi @Viciousbee. I suggest performing a reboot on your Floodlight Cam. This Help Center article here will show you how to do this, as well as check your RSSI. I also suggest rebooting your router. Let me know if this helps!
