No longer getting alerts on my phone

I was getting alerts on my phone for awhile, but now I am not receiving any at all. Not even when someone hits the doorbell. Why is this?

Hey @Jacknerin! The first best step here would be to uninstall and reinstall the Ring app. While doing this, it’s always good to also check for mobile device updates. Once completed, please log into the Ring app and ensure the motion/ ring alert toggles are on. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
