My subscription did not go through how long before it is reactivated after payment

Hi @Happyjack1! As long as you used a payment accepted as listed in our payment information help center article, the subscription should be applied to your device and begin immediately. It is important that you are logged in using the same account as your Ring device, to successfully apply the subscription.

Check out our help center article for steps on how to subscribe to a Protect Plan. Once you’ve subscribed, you should start to see video recordings available with any new events that occur. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
