No live view or recordings


I have a 2nd gen doorbell that won’t show live view or store recordings citing connection error.

I have the basic plan so that should cover it. The wifi connection is fine, other devices work and it shows RSSI 41 on the app in green.

I’ve tried removing the device from the app and adding it again, I’ve power cycled my router and I’ve tried re adding the wifi on the app too.

The app is up to date, the software on the doorbell is up to date and the battery is fully charged.

Other devices work fine with wifi and the doorbell is only about 7ft away from the router.

Would anyone be able to help me please?

Hi @user53962. Thank you for taking those troubleshooting steps to try and fix your concern. I would also recommend factory resetting your Doorbell to see if it helps. To factory reset your Doorbell, press and hold the set up button for 20–25 seconds, and then reconnect it to your wifi.
