Hello everyone
For some reason, ever since the temperature dropped my camera has not been working. I cannot get a live view nor do I get motion notifications. But as soon as I bring it indoors I get all the notifications it was working up till 9.34pm last night and now it just says cannot get live view.
It’s been working fine previously.
Any help please?

Hi there, @Miah0017! While many of our devices are rated for outdoor use, there are operating temperature requirements. The operating temperature for our Doorbells should not exceed -5 to 120 degrees F (-20.5 to 48.5 degrees C) throughout the day or night time. Even though our Doorbells are weather resistant, extreme climate conditions or temperatures could impact the device operation.
