Hello my doorbell 2’s live view works well except when I really need it. EVERYTIME MOTION IS DETECTED LIVE VIEW ISNT ACCESSIBLE FOR ABOUT 10MINS!!? IM GOING CRAZY!!! PLEASE HELP ME LIVE VIEW ALWAYS WORKS EVERYTHING WORKS WELL Except when motion is detected I can’t go see if someone’s there? So weird .
This is certainly odd to hear happening, @tonymontana168! Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as ensure there is no vpn enabled. The next best step is to check wifi signal strength, as the time between events can be improved with an efficient signal. Check out our Community Post about RSSI for tips on optimizing signal strength. As an event or live view can be answered and live streamed for up to 10 minutes, I recommend checking for any other mobile devices or even alexa enabled devices that might be setup to answer events, and might be streaming them for this duration of time. Please also check if any shared users could be answering these events. I hope this helps!
