We just received our Ring stick up cameras, we do not own any other Ring products. We are unable to use live view on any of the cameras. They all have good signal strength and WiFi speed is great. We have mesh routers in 3 different spots in the house. I am only able to see live view briefly after motion has been detected. I have an iPhone. Any solutions?
Hi @Cbeversdorf! Thank you for checking your wifi speeds and signal strength! The best next step will be to bring one of your Cameras inside and near the router, to see if live view will connect there. I also recommend removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as disabling VPN on your mobile device.
If live video still does not connect, try doing so on wifi only as well as with cell data only, on your mobile device, to see if one connection is more efficient than the other. This should result in the intended functionality. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
