No live view on ring spotlight wired camera

Hi. There is no live view for the spotlight camera since day 1. We tried everything from this site.

Just would like to know what will be the next step.

Hi there, @Lycn! What type of mobile device is being used here? When having live view connection concerns, the best first thing to check is your RSSI, found in the Ring app device health section. Next, check out the steps listed in our live view troubleshooting Community post.

I recommend also giving the Rapid Ring app a try, as it is designed for the quickest access to live view. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device when attempting live view. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
