No live view on one of my 15 cameras

I have 15 cameras. Mix of Floodlight, Doorbell and Stick up battery cams.
Recently, one of the Floodlight cameras is failing to record video and failing to connect to the Live View.
The thumbnail shows recent images that are only a few seconds old, but Live View fails every time. Device shows as online on the health page.
Also, Device Health page has changed: there is no more RSSI info and no Battery percentage anymore on my Stick up Cams. This change affects all devices.
Very strange. Please advise.

Please note that the issues within the app and the website would have been affecting this feature, but as of Nov 27, 11:44 UTC, a fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.
