No live view - doorbell2

My doorbell stopped showing me live views a couple weeks ago. If I get an alert and look right away, it won’t connect plus I get a recording of nothing. If I wait and check the alert after it uploads, I can see the video most of the time.
I use the iOS app and device health says my WiFi connection is -47.
Thoughts? Suggestions?
