Hello, I downloaded the ring app last night and set up my ring 3 doorbell today. I am receiving a message stating that my 30 day trial has ended. Can I please get this rectified?

If you’re setting up the Doorbell for the very first time and there has not been a previous owner to the Doorbell, you should have a 30 day free trial of the Ring Protect Plan automatically added to your account. In the event you do not see this reflected, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
