just installed a video doorbell. Now when you ring it the box inside doesn’t dingdong (lol) how do i make that work? I do need to know when someone rings it

Hi @Kheros. Which model of Ring Doorbell did you install? You can find the model name on the original packaging as well as on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Additionally, what is the make and model of the chime kit inside your home? Some chime kits are not compatible with some Doorbell models.
