No device can be found

Hello I had a issue with the video camera being damaged from something and getting a clear picture. I replaced it with the one that i had on mt front door and put a new one at the front door. The Older one now will not connect to that device for me to complete the setup. There is enough wi fi as i did a internet test and the results came out as follows DL 90.60 UL 19.94 and the ping was 39ms. The connection is the same as it was with the old doorbell. Any suggestions?

Hi @user56300. What is the specific error you are having in the Ring app that is prohibiting you from connecting it to WiFi? What steps is the connection failing at? Feel free to share a screenshot of the error so we can know the best course of action to take.
