No desktop or mobile motion notifications

over the the last week I’ve noticed i am not getting any notifications at night mostly . my last notification was just after 10 pm last night its now 2 am am still no motion notifications .no desktop or mobile motion notifications. I’ve reset everything etc but still every day it just stops working when it feels like it . . i still do get notifications if someone pressed the door bells but any motion from security cameras or door bells i get no notifications at all . is the fault on ring side ? please fix this asap .

Hi @nov. If it is only during the night and it is only Motion Notifications you are not getting, then double check that you do not have any Motion Schedules active for your Cameras and Doorbell. no motion schedules are setup. some days it works some days it does not work it just happens at random times mostly starting at 10:30 ish pm . i see other posts about the same problems about no motion notifications etc i am sure the problem is with ring end
